How to use
Apply Collection Lash Primer to condition and prep lashes before application. Brush mascara from root to tip, combing through each lash for best results. Use the tip of the brush to reach the smaller inner and outer lashes.

Mascara too wet and too dry at same time

I bought this as part of 3 for 2 deal
I bought the waterproof version
Really odd
Pull wand brush out looks to be full of product. But transferring onto lashes had to put 3 layers on before could see out. Much transfer onto eyelids though. By end of day had migrated to skin beneath eyes. Went in bin.
