How to use
1. Prime eyelids with an eye primer or Lasting Perfection Matte Concealer and allow to set for 1 minute.
- For matte shades: Apply to lid with fluffy eyeshadow brush to blend or detail brushed for precision.
- For metallic/chrome shades: For high pay off, apply with a damp eyeshadow brush or the tip of your finger and gently swipe across lids.
