HOW TO USE

1. Ensure all old nail polish is thoroughly removed and nails have been cleaned

2. Apply 1 coat of Spotlight Shine Top & Base Coat and allow to dry

3. Apply 2-3 thin coats of Vit Hit Gel Effect Neon Nail Polish in the colour of your choice, allowing to dry thoroughly between coats

4. Top with Spotlight Shine Gel Effect Top Coat for a durable finish
